This is on one of the chalk boards in the physics and astronomy building at UCSC:

So why did the proton dump his electron boyfriend?

Eh, he was a bit clingy.

So a neutron walks into a bar and orders a drink. He asks the bar tender for the tab. He replies, “no charge!”

Electrons don’t talk, they just wave hello!

Finally, my favorite (and most geeky) of the bunch:

Why is sinh [hyperbolic sine] pronounced “cinch?”

Because it can be written with e’s (ease):
